Declaration of new building
DECLARATION OF NEW BUILDING: Notarial document in which a construction is recorded and described. To register it in the Property Registry it is essential to grant a public deed by all the registry owners. Mainly there are two types of new building:
I.- In Construction:
In this writing it is declared that a new building is being executed not yet finished. (required documents)
II.- Completed:
- Declaration of New Building (new), in which construction has been legally executed and all permits are available. (required documents)
- Declaration of New Building (by seniority), in which the construction has NOT been legally executed and NO permits are available. (required documents)
