Declaration of new building

DECLARATION OF NEW BUILDING: Notarial document in which a construction is recorded and described. To register it in the Property Registry it is essential to grant a public deed by all the registry owners. Mainly there are two types of new building:

I.- In Construction:

In this writing it is declared that a new building is being executed not yet finished.  (required documents)

II.- Completed:

  1. Declaration of New Building (new), in which construction has been legally executed and all permits are available. (required documents)
  2. Declaration of New Building (by seniority), in which the construction has NOT been legally executed and NO permits are available. (required documents)
